About Alexa
After spending 11 years in human medicine, she discovered her true calling in veterinary care and made the transition to emergency veterinary medicine in 2021. That experience fueled her passion for animal health and led her to day practice, where she has the privilege of working alongside one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians in the area.
As a licensed veterinary technician, she’s dedicated to providing compassionate, gold-standard care and is continuously expanding her skills. Since joining the team at the end of 2022, she’s strived to be a supportive, hardworking, and enthusiastic member—committed to making a positive difference in the lives of both patients and clients every day. Her top priority is YOU and your pet! She is the owner of our clinic puppy, a Staffordshire Terrier named Miss Piggy who would be happy to greet you during the time we don’t see patients and would love for you to stop by! She also has a handsome Siamese that was adopted from a local shelter-Castiel-, and a son who visits the clinic frequently. Learning from them both has even motivated him to follow in either her or Dr. Bob’s footsteps. We can guarantee that she will treat you as if you are family and will ensure to give the same care as if your pets were her own!
